Ethics and Compliance
Doing the right thing is central to how Burlington operates. Our Code of Conduct sets the standard for ethical behavior across the company, and all corporate associates and field leaders are required to complete Code training annually. It covers anti-discrimination and harassment, safety, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and our Integrity Hotline.

Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and Protection
Protecting the data entrusted to us by associates and customers is a responsibility Burlington takes seriously. Our cybersecurity program is risk-based, draws on industry standard frameworks, and is governed by cross-functional oversight that runs from our Technology and Legal teams up to the Board's Audit Committee.

CSR Governance Structure
Burlington maintains a strong CSR governance structure, with cross-functional leadership collaborating to oversee regulatory compliance, manage risks, set strategy and goals, monitor trends, engage stakeholders, and communicate and report on performance and initiatives.

A CSR Guidance Committee made up of senior leaders from relevant functions meets regularly to guide CSR strategy, policies, and disclosures. These are in turn reviewed and approved by a CSR Executive Steering Committee comprised of C-level leaders. At the highest level, the Board of Directors provides oversight of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters.
